At Pupptown co, the satisfaction of our customers and their pets is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions:


• Food and treats cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons.

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.

• Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds:


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
